Customer Service is very good in a world where that is not the norm. We remodeled our master bathroom and bought a ton of items from Ariel. One of our vanities which was back ordered ended up showing up with the other vanity. We thought that was awesome, except it was severely damaged. Contacted Ariel support and they immediately ordered us a new one and did not require us to ship the damaged one back, (generally good, but then we had to find a way to dispose of it). We ordered some other miscellaneous items that our contractor did not need, so we again contacted support and they provided a full refund. All in all hard to blame them for shipping damage, and they handled everything as you'd expect with expedited shipping and refunds where appropriate. High quality builds and great customer service. Highly recommend.

These are possibly the best-made high end design and high quality wood vanities I have seen. I searched everywhere and began to think I would have to find a carpenter who could build something for our primary bath. I found the in the Ariel Hepburn series built in cleverly-designed solid oak that will function beautifully in a humid bath environment. Oh yes… I found them online at Home Depit in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl! Every detail is perfection…the drawers are shipped with the handles facing in the interior to prevent shipping damage — although these sturdy yet graceful pieces are carefully wrapped. The hardware is bathroom jewelry and available in matte black to matte finished brushed gold. There are many finishes. Well a picture is worth 1000 words so I’ll shut up now and show you what I’m so excited about.

Customer service was able to promptly take care of my request

My vanity arrived with a minor chip on one of the wooden doors & the bottom edge of the countertop had 2 uneven spots or chips. The customer service representative promptly got an approval and offered a replacement for both. I highly recommend Ariel for the quality of their product and their excellent service regarding my issues.

Called our order in customer service was excellent. They followed everything that we asked for when it arrived, and we unwrapped it, was in excellent condition very happy with the company.

My son accidentally threw away our backsplash to our new vanity. I contacted Ariel and they quickly approved a new backsplash for me. They were so prompt and courteous that I am writing a review because I am just so impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They even gave me a discount for the inconvenience I endured. Very pleased with Ariel bath! Had a minor hiccup with one of the sinks arriving broken; however I contacted the manufacturer and they rectified the issue immediately with a replacement sink arriving in the next couple of days. Will definitely purchase again with them. Satisfied customer!
